Jay-Z x Kid Cudi Perform "Already Home"

WOW! I havent blogged in awhile. but its all good. im not dead or anything but ive just been on my grind recently. but never the less, i have been up on whats been goin on this week. Of course you all know ive been up on my Cudi news this week and theres alot that went on but this is what im gonna put up. Jay-Z held a charity concert for the victims of 9/11. he performed all his big hits and then he performed "Already Home".
